Cliplight SUPER SEAL has one tube that seals leaks in metal parts and a second that seals leaks in connecting ribber parts. Larger leaks where the refrigerant is lost within two weeks may need to be manually trepaired.
The RED tube contains a moisture activated chemical that remains a fluid until it is polymerized by moisture and solidifiers to form a scab or patch. Pressure, heat and absence of significant moisture inside the the air conditioner prevent the fluid from polymerizing until it leaks out of the air conditioner. As the refrigerant leaks out, it chills the air, creating moisture. This moisture activates the chemicals to form a patch. This patch seals leaks in the condenser, evaporator, accumulator, and compressor.
The BLACK tube contains conditioners and sealers that penetrate and rejuvenate o-rings, gaskets, and other rubber connectors to prevent leakage. It also adds a drying agent to eliminate any moisture in the system.
Contains Methyl Alcohol (Methanol)
